SOLLIP
KOREAN FLAVOURS, MICHELIN ELEGANCE

Chef Woongchul Park and Chef Bomee Ki, a husband-and-wife duo from South Korea, bring a unique culinary experience to London’s food lovers.
Chef Woongchul Park’s journey began with a passion for baking, which eventually led him to the world of gastronomy. After studying culinary arts in South Korea, he gained experience at the Hyatt Hotel in Boston, USA. He then refined his skills in classic French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu London. Following his graduation, he honed his craft at Michelin-starred restaurants such as The Ledbury and Koffmann’s.
Chef Bomee Ki discovered her love for pastry while baking cookies at home, finding joy in sharing delicious creations with loved ones. She pursued her passion by completing a patisserie course at Le Cordon Bleu London and later worked at The Arts Club, further developing her pastry expertise.
Together, they founded Sollip, a restaurant that reflects their identity—combining what they do best with what they love, creating a space where family, friends, and guests can share moments of happiness.
Chef Bomee Ki shares this advice:
"Fall in love with the food you enjoy. Eat well. Find great mentors. Work hard and stay humble."
Experience the sincerity and passion behind Sollip, where every dish tells a story.
"Sollip, the Korean word for pine needle, has been understood to be the best ingredient to control flames and smoke in traditional Korean cuisine. Sollip was notably used when preparing dishes that required the most care; an ethos that we share with all of our guests." - By Sollip

A Harmonious Blend of Korean Roots and European Culinary Artistry

This fusion creates a unique and memorable dining experience where classic styles meet innovative flavours.

Their lunch menu features around four carefully curated dishes, while the dinner tasting menu includes about seven courses that highlight their Korean heritage with European and French influences.
