KOREAN FLAVOURS, MICHELIN ELEGANCE

"Sollip, the Korean word for pine needle, has been understood to be the best ingredient to control flames and smoke in traditional Korean cuisine. Sollip was notably used when preparing dishes that required the most care; an ethos that we share with all of our guests." - By Sollip

Sollip, a Michelin one-star restaurant near London Bridge, reflects the chefs' mastery of European and French techniques, influenced by their time in London and rooted in Korean traditions. This fusion creates a unique and memorable dining experience where classic styles meet innovative flavours.

Their lunch menu features around four carefully curated dishes, while the dinner tasting menu includes about seven courses that highlight their Korean heritage with European and French influences. Starting from April 1st, the price of the tasting menu will be adjusted to £152, and any bookings made for dates on or after this will reflect the new pricing.
