Stefano Gallici named Creative Director of Ann Demeulemeester

Yesterday it was announced that Stefano Gallici will take over as Creative Director for Ann Demeulemeester.

After a hasty exit from Ludovic de Saint Sernin after just one season with the Belgian brand, fashion fans were left wondering who would be taking the helm for the upcoming season. The fashion house took to instagram yesterday afternoon and revealed that Stefano Gallici will be taking on the role.

Previously a designer for their menswear studio, Gallici has been with the brand since 2020. Claudio Antonoli has been quoted as saying “Stefano immediately demonstrated a strong creativity and a clear vision for Ann Demeulemeester. He represents the DNA of the brand with an eye to the future.”

With undoubtably big shoes to fill, we’re excited to see how Gallici adjusts to the new role . Their first collection and runway as Creative Director will be debuted in Paris on 30th September.
