Omer Asim SS18 Collection
The collection explores a softer approach to minimalism, while continuing
to push the boundaries of conventional design practice. This continuation
of a story, which explores a unique aesthetic, is embedded with nuances
of a contemporary urban identity.
The shapes, as always, hark back to unpretentious primitive language.
Inevitably, somethings are lost in translation. Tailoring remains a
fascination, some aspects of it are adhered to and others are subverted to
the benefit of new fabric development. The lacquered-knit and chiffonlayered-
horsehair are two signature textures developed in-house at the
London studio.
